Gluten Free Christmas Cookies

Fall is officially here and I’ve got to tell you, I’m excited to start my traditional holiday baking. Every year I look forward to the start of fall for just that purpose. From October through December I’m usually found in the kitchen baking up this or that, testing out new recipes and providing my family with a host of yummy holiday baked goods.

Although I look back on the sugar coma my family found themselves in from last year with fond memories, I decided that this year I’d do things a little differently and hunt for recipes that were a little healthier than my average holiday crack recipes. Although I’ll definitely be making some of my old favorites, I can’t wait to incorporate some new ones into the mix as well. So far I’ve found some really yummy looking recipes that not only sound delicious but meet my need for healthier ingredients.

I’ve put together a list of the most promising looking recipes that I’ve found so far and hope my readers enjoy them as much as my family will this holiday season!
