This French Toast Breakfast Bake recipe is super easy to make, and is ready in 30 minutes or less (even the kids can help make it by tearing the bread up – FUN)! And it’s made with French bread, eggs, butter, cinnamon sugar and syrup – that’s only 5 ingredients! This is sure to become a new family favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- cinnamon sugar to sprinkle
- syrup
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350º. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pull the French bread apart into pieces and line the bottom of the dish. Mix the eggs and pour half the mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with as much cinnamon sugar as you'd like (we like a lot!). Add another layer of bread pieces, and pour the remaining egg mixture on top. Pour the butter all over and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with syrup of choice (for an added bonus, add fresh strawberries and whipped cream - I'll have to do that next time!)
