Lavender Blueberry and Raspberry Smoothie with Essential Oils
Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 cups almond milk (check out this homemade almond milk recipe)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 - 2 drops lavender essential oil (get it here)
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend, adding more milk if desired.
