Celebrate the holidays or even the BIG GAME this year with my special SNICKERS® Chocolate Fudge Recipe!
Family means a lot to me which is why I take every opportunity I can and turn it into a family gathering. Whether it’s Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter or Halloween, I love thinking up creative ways to bring my family together so we can enjoy one another’s company for the day. After Christmas I was all too glad to call it a day and relax until my next family holiday but when word got out that my family and friends wanted to get together for the big game, I was all in and ready to start my preparations.
When my family and friends gather together under one roof for game day it makes for a fun day/evening. When the day first begins I’m usually found in the kitchen preparing a banquet of game day themed foods for everyone while they get settled in. After I’ve finished putting the final touches on each dish I can finally join the fun and by that point am all too happy to take a rest. When I’ve had a chance to relax after being in the kitchen whipping up goodies for the afternoon, I love being able to settle down at the kitchen table with my family and play a few games before kickoff. Some of our favorite games to play before the big game include Apples to Apples and Scattergories, which are best playing with close family and friends, so, it makes them perfect for us!
One of my favorite things about getting together on game day isn’t the game itself but rather the company I get to surround myself with in celebration of it. As I’ve said many times before and likely will say again, my family is the most important thing in the world to me. I love inviting them over to spend the day, no matter what the circumstances are and they enjoy my company as well as the different dishes I introduce them too in celebration of the big game. While we all love the fun and excitement that comes with the big game, we really just use it as an excuse to get together for good food, good company and fun times!
This year, I decided to try something different than the usual party meatballs. I figured we have pizza, but before that, you’ve gotta have appetizers! I thought I’d try something new with my traditional fudge recipe – SNICKERS® fudge, in fact! This recipe is so easy peasy, it only has three ingredients … sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and… SNICKERS®! We love the whole chocolate/carmel/peanut combo at our house, so I knew this would be perfect!
SNICKERS® Chocolate Fudge Recipe
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- SNICKERS® Minis (you can use the regular ones if you want, but I love the mini ones best!)
- First, chop up 24 SNICKERS® Minis. Set aside.
- Combine the condensed milk and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and set for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper and pour the melted chocolate mixture in.
- Sprinkle the chopped SNICKERS® Minis on top.
- Place in fridge to let harden for about 1-2 hours.

Melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk
Stir it every 30 seconds
Pour it in the pan
Chop the candies (and try not to eat too many)
Sprinkle on top and chill for 1-2 hours!
