Okay, I admit – I’ve been known to devour two (or three…) bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in one sitting. It’s my absolute favorite cereal ever. One day, when I was thinking of what recipe to concoct next, I thought “milkshake ….flavors … Cinnamon Toast Crunch!” How hard could it be? Well, to my delight, not hard at all. And, the kids totally love it!
Featuring “spicy, pepper-flecked Chile-Chocolate Truffles prove that heat and sweet really do go hand-in-hand, and a fresh batch of aromatic, cinnamon-laced Maple Sticky Buns” – how could anyone resist?!
This recipe is so easy to make. All you need is some vanilla ice cream, milk, whipped cream, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (or generic store brand – up to you, but I prefer the real deal). Check out how to make it below!
1 C. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, crushed (I used my food processor for this, you could also
use a blender)
½ C. cold milk
Whipped cream (optional)
In a blender or food processor add your 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and ½ C. of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and ½ C. cold milk. Blend well. Depending on how 'cinnamony' you'd like your milkshake, slowly add a few more spoonfuls of the crushed cereal.
To add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ring around the rim of your glass simply wet the rim and dip your glass into the remaining Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbs. Pour milkshake into your glass and enjoy. My kiddos really liked this one and it was simple to make! Makes 2 servings. Serve Immediately.
