These Dark Chocolate Brownie Truffle Sticks with Sea Salt are sweet indulgent treats perfect for parties and homemade holiday gifts. I got this recipe idea from the Red Robin Fruffles™ dessert. They are super easy to make – in fact, if you’ve ever made truffles, you know what I mean. You can, of course, make your own dark chocolate brownies from scratch, but to keep this recipe low key, I just used box mix 😉 Be sure to PIN IT!
Dark Chocolate Brownie Truffle Sticks with Sea Salt
- Dark chocolate brownies (box mix)
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
- Coarse Sea Salt
- Bake brownies according to directions on package. Allow to cool completely. Once cooled, slice into "sticks" - however long you want them to be is fine. Line parchment paper onto a cookie sheet and place in fridge for at least 1 hour. Melt the dark chocolate in medium sized bowl in the microwave. Place the truffle stick on a fork and dip into the chocolate. Place your stick back on the parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Repeat until each stick is done. Place your sheet in the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Remove about 10 minutes before serving. YUM!
