1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
10 oz white or regular American cheese loaf, cut into cubes. If you prefer spicy, try jalapeno pepper jack. If you prefer the American, and still want spicy, finely chop a fresh jalapeno.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and turn on low heat for 2 hours. Once done, turn setting to warm to keep it gooey! Tip: Add some already-prepared meat of choice to make Queso Nachos :)
