Slow Cooker Queso Dip Recipe

  • 3 cans (4.5 oz each) chopped green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 10 oz white or regular American cheese loaf, cut into cubes. If you prefer spicy, try jalapeno pepper jack. If you prefer the American, and still want spicy, finely chop a fresh jalapeno.
  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and turn on low heat for 2 hours. Once done, turn setting to warm to keep it gooey! Tip: Add some already-prepared meat of choice to make Queso Nachos :)
