Low Carb Sugar Almost Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free applesauce
  • ¾ cup sugar-free honey
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 mashed over-ripe bananas
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce and honey.
  5. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  6. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, add the chocolate chips, and stir just to moisten.
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, and then let cool.
