Peanut Butter Chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts, halved
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp grated ginger

  • Rice
  • Steamed broccoli
  1. In a bowl mix the peanut butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and ginger.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with the peanut butter lemon mix.
  3. Grease a big pan or grill and place the chicken breasts.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until well done.
  5. Remove from the fire and serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
