Double Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream

  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¾ Cup milk
  • 1 ½ Tbsp of vanilla extract
  • ⅔ Cup caster sugar
  • 1 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ Cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix in the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla
  2. Stir in the heavy cream, chocolate chips and salt
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
  4. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to directions of the manufacturer
  5. Serve and enjoy!
