Double Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream

- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ¾ Cup milk
- 1 ½ Tbsp of vanilla extract
- ⅔ Cup caster sugar
- 1 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1 ½ Cup heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
- In a bowl mix in the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla
- Stir in the heavy cream, chocolate chips and salt
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
- Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to directions of the manufacturer
- Serve and enjoy!
