I love s’mores, and I love coffee, so what could be better than both combined into one? I had a bag of Seattle’s Best Frozen Mocha Coffee Blend, and before I whipped it up in my blender, I thought “I should make a frozen s’mores mocha!” So I busted out the graham crackers, Hershey’s bars, and oversized Campfire marshmallows and set to work. You can also use a strong blend of your coffee of choice, or even espresso if you wish (it doesn’t necessarily have to be mocha), but since it’s my favorite kind of coffee, that’s what I went with.
And, this would be perfect for National S’mores Day, which is August 10. Okay, really, it’s perfect any day, but, you know. Take a look at some of the most delish S’mores Recipes I’ve found online here.
- One package of Seattle’s Best Frozen Mocha Blends
- 10 ounces milk
- 10 large marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, broken in half
- 2 packages of regular sized Hershey’s bars (broken up)
- Hershey’s syrup (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Pour milk into blender. Add coffee, and blend for 30 seconds. Add marshmallows, hershey’s bars pieces, and graham crackers and blend for 2 minutes. Add toppings of choice and serve. Warning: Sugar Rush Ahead 🙂
Isn’t that easy peasy? With three kids, all under the age of 5, recipes that are nice and simple like this are what keep me going!
