I am so glad I’ve come across this post on how to cook the perfect chicken breast everytime! I’ve come a long way from my college days where I’d throw some Italian dressing on some boneless chicken breasts and toss them in the oven.
However, I’ve never thought to grease the cooking foil before placing the chicken on it, nor putting mayo on top! But thank goodness I discovered this recipe – the may seriously makes all the difference in the world. You’ll have the juiciest, moistest chicken EVER! Check out this recipe:
Set oven to 375°
Place the foil over the cookie sheet
Use a little cooking spray to grease the foil
Spread a layer of Kraft Mayo on top of each breast
Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and the herbs of your choosing
Cook 25-30 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is.
