I’m always on the lookout for new smoothie recipes, and this Cantaloupe Fruit Smoothie that I found while googling was just what I needed to add to my list. Cantaloupes are in season between June and September, but you may find them a bit early this year. In any case, be sure to grab some next time you’re at the store so you can try this refreshing smoothie recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
1/4 cantaloupe, in chunks
1 whole banana (frozen is better)
1/2 cup milk
1 orange
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender (I use my trusty Ninja Master Prep). Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy!
