On a low carb diet? Don’t fret, you can still have a delicious cup of coffee with this Low Carb K-Cup Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe!

One of the things I refuse to give up during the Atkins Induction phase is coffee. Mainly, the creamer. Some brands have 6 carbs in only one tablespoon! That’s like a meal and a snack when your on a low carb diet, am I right? Well, because I love my coffee way too much, I knew I had to come up with something, and fast. Enter whipping cream and sugar free Torani! I knew after years of following Atkins that these two ingredients were perfect for creating a creamer. I played around with the measurements, and here’s what I came up with for the perfect Low Carb K-Cup Vanilla Coffee Creamer!

Low Carb Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe

Ingredients

prepared coffee of choice (regular black or decaf)
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar free vanilla Torani

Instructions

Prepare your choice of regular black or decaf coffee. I use k-cups because they are just too easy, but you can use whichever method of preparing coffee you prefer, as long as it’s not some fancy mocha chocolate concoction 🙂 Add 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
and 2 tablespoons sugar free Torani  (flavor of choice) and stir.  Enjoy!  This creamer has about 1 net carb.
