In the spirit of all things Minion, I thought it would be a cute idea to make this Minions S’mores Snack Mix for my kids, who happen to love those little bug-eyed, yellow guys!
Creating this recipe was super easy. I hadn’t seen it on Pinterest yet (gasp!), so I spent about 30 minutes walking up and down the grocery aisles trying to think of how to make this “s’moresy” mix. I knew I needed mini marshmallows and chocolate, but I debated on cereal or mini graham crackers…I ended up going with the mini Minion graham crackers that I found at the last minute. And some peanut butter M&M’s. And all you have to do is open the bags and toss a handful of each ingredient into a bowl, and viola! You have an irresistible Minions snack!
Ingredients
Honey Maid Minions Graham Crackers
Mini Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows
M&M’s (any flavor – but I used my fave, peanut butter M&M’s)
Instructions
In a small bowl or sandwich bag, mix about a handful of each. Enjoy! Yup, that’s it.
