No Churn Red Velvet Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2-3 teaspoons red food coloring (depending on how bright red you want it)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • â…› teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup marshmallow ice cream topping
Instructions
  1. In a blender, toss in the cream cheese, half and half, sugar, buttermilk, food coloring, cocoa powder and salt.  Blend until smooth.  Cover and chill for about 2 hours (or overnight, preferably).  Then, once ready, scoop the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze per the directions on the maker (better if frozen overnight). Top with marshmallow cream and serve!
