These Red, White & Blue M&M Sugar Cookies are super easy to whip up for your 4th of July celebration! Have the little ones join in and let them add the M&Ms on top for some added fun!
I think all cookies should be made with M&M’s, personally. Chocolate Chip, Macadamia, Almond, you name it. Why? Because, M&M’s! It’s truly a victory in my house that the package of M&M’s that I buy at the store meant to bake with even make it past a day, let alone, to use in a recipe.
You could say I’m a little addicted to them, as are my kids (aren’t most kids?). I try to get the mini baking ones, and, well, those can be the worst. I open up a bag, think to myself, “They are so small, it won’t even make a dent,” and before I know it, the bag is gone. And the recipe was not made.
The struggle is real, people.
But, the good news is, I did successfully manage to make these patriotic M&M sugar cookies, after spotting a bag of the Red White & Blue M&M’s at the store the other day. I told myself that I had better hurry up and make these things and get them posted before they were gone! So here they are. Oh, and you can totally make the sugar cookies from scratch (that would be the thrifty way), but sometimes, simplicity wins in my house. You know what I mean?

No, this is not a sponsored post. I just happen to really like M&M’s. Not the fake ones in the bulk candy section at the grocery store. Real, true, M&M’s.
