I absolutely love cabbage (grilled, steamed, baked, you name it), so these Roasted Garlic, Lemon and Parmesan Cheese Brussels Sprouts are, of course, a second favorite side of mine. I literally make these and then snack on them – they are just that good. Drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with lemon pepper and garlic, with a topping of Parmesan cheese, these may just be your new favorite side dish at Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any day of the week! And, they take less than 30 minutes to make.
10 ounces fresh Brussels sprouts
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°. In a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, mix together Brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, lemon pepper, salt and Parmesan. Roast for 25 minutes.
