Ingredients
  • 2 lbs fresh mushrooms
  • ¾ cup butter (1.5 sticks)
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 packets of dry ranch dressing mix
  • Parsley, to garnish
Instructions
  1. Rinse mushrooms under cold water and dry with a paper towel. Spray slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray, and dump mushrooms in. Melt butter and whisk in ranch dressing. Pour over mushrooms and cover. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley. Serve immediately or turn the crock pot on warm to keep for later.
