If you are looking for a tasty appetizer that you can make in the crockpot, then you’ll love these Slow Cooker Ranch Mushrooms! All it takes is 5 ingredients and 3-4 hours and you’ve got yourself some of the tastiest mushrooms you’ve ever had. - 2 lbs fresh mushrooms
- ¾ cup butter (1.5 sticks)
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 packets of dry ranch dressing mix
- Parsley, to garnish
- Rinse mushrooms under cold water and dry with a paper towel. Spray slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray, and dump mushrooms in. Melt butter and whisk in ranch dressing. Pour over mushrooms and cover. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley. Serve immediately or turn the crock pot on warm to keep for later.
